Ingram Equipment Company Wins ‘High Flyer’ Award at National Work Truck Week
Birmingham, Alabama (March 28, 2022) ─ Ingram Equipment Company (IEC), an industry-leading environmental, waste management, and commercial equipment company headquartered in Central Alabama, was presented with the 2021 High Flyer Award at the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) – The Association for the Work Truck Industry – National Work Truck Week Convention.
The 2022 National Work Truck Week Convention was held March 8 through 11, 2022 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ingram was named the winner amongst a select group of equipment dealers recognized during an exclusive dealer meeting hosted by Auto Crane. Auto Crane’s High Flyer Award recognizes excellence in all facets of market development, including sustained revenue growth, geographic expansion, and service after the sale. Companies honored with the award are highly competitive in their market areas and show strong commitment and loyalty to their customers and the Auto Crane brand.
“We’ve certainly come a long way since the company was first established more than 40 years ago,” says Jeff Martin, CEO. “This award not only recognizes the growth we’ve had as a company over the last few years, but more importantly reinforces our commitment to continuing to meet the needs of our partners and customers.”
“We are thrilled to present Ingram Equipment Company with our 2021 High Flyer Award,” said Scott Hausman, Director of Sales and Marketing for Auto Crane.
“IEC joined the Auto Crane dealer network in 2015 and we’ve been inspired by their rapid ascent to becoming a premier dealership in our network. Our partnership is just beginning and we look forward to supporting Ingram Equipment and the Martin family as they continue in their legacy of excellence.”
The recognition caps off a broader period of growth for IEC, which recently added a new location in north Alabama and is in the process of completing an expansion of their Pelham location with the addition of four new service bays. IEC’s growth has been fueled by strategic investments in customer service initiatives, including the establishment of a new texting support service for partners and customers to streamline the parts ordering process and the expansion of their preventative maintenance program.
Family owned and operated since 1979, IEC is the environmental, waste-management, and commercial equipment dealer for fifteen industry leading manufacturing partners in Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida panhandle. For more information about IEC, visit www.ingramequipment.net.
