IEC Announces New Client Texting Service

 ─ Providing exceptional customer service and support has always been a cornerstone of Ingram Equipment Company. Their new texting service is no exception. 

Starting March 2021, customers can text Ingram Equipment Company through Prokeep – an easy-to-use, web-based texting service. Customers can send photos, orders, questions, and inquiries directly to Ingram, and receive back responses, order updates, and additional communications directly to their cellular phones.

“Since opening our doors 40 years ago, Ingram Equipment Company has remained committed to providing A-plus customer support,” says Jeff Martin, Ingram Equipment President and CEO. “This year, we set out with a goal of helping our customers more, with a focus on increasing service capacity and streamlining the ordering process. In addition to offering this new texting service, Ingram also has plans to build four (4) new service bays at their Pelham location; have added full-time parts employees and inventory to better serve customers in all three locations; and are working intentionally with manufacturers to provide more access to training for clients.
