Ingram Equipment Company Announces Key Leadership Changes
11 New Employees Added Aligned with Company Growth
Birmingham, Alabama (March 15, 2023) ─ Ingram Equipment Company (IEC), an industry-leading environmental, waste management, and commercial equipment company, announced the company has shifted four key employees into leadership positions, while adding 11 new employees with the company in various strategic roles, as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to customer success.
“Throughout our history as a company, Ingram Equipment has aligned our goals with our customers’ highest priorities,” says Jeff Martin, CEO of Ingram Equipment Company. “These changes allow us to continue to be where our customers need us to be and allow us to strategically position our company for further expansion.”
The following are key leadership changes at IEC, along with descriptions of their experience and updated responsibilities:
Tray Pritchard: Vice President of Operations. Tray has shared this role with being our Pelham Service Manager for many years. He will now assume the VP of Operations Role on a full-time basis going forward and be responsible for company service operations, equipment processing and build performance, training, and safety.
Clay Baldis: Pelham Shop Manager. Clay has been a valuable team member since returning to Ingram Equipment three years ago. Prior to his move to Pelham Shop Manager, Clay helped establish and operate IEC’s Priceville location.
Chris Leopard: Priceville Shop Manager. Chris comes to IEC from Republic Services of Huntsville where he has held several service leadership positions during his 17-year tenure. As a strong leader in North Alabama, Chris has many years of refuse operator experience that will provide a much-needed perspective with IEC’s ever-growing North Alabama Customer Base.
Delina Stearns: HR Director. Delina comes to IEC with many years of managing successful mortgage operations at local financial institutions and will be responsible for employee experience and all Human Resources administrative duties.
AJ Atkinson: Theodore Service Manager. During his time with IEC, AJ has helped to lead IEC’s Theodore location to some of the most successful months of performance in the history of the company. In this new role as Theodor Service Manager, AJ will be responsible for all service operations as IEC works to grow their customer base in the Mobile Area.
Melissa Reid: Warranty Manager. Prior to assuming this position, Melissa assisted with equipment and service job invoicing. In her new role, Melissa will be responsible for managing the warranty program in addition to her existing duties as Accounts Receivable Manager.
In addition to the above leadership changes, Ingram Equipment has also hired nine new employees in various roles mainly mechanics and parts associates to help with our customer’s needs.
